Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at top1. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. top1 reserves the right to close all detected duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings in those accounts without notice or compensation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your top1 account username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone. top1 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact top1 customer support immediately via Live Chat.
top1 will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Stay alert to phishing attempts that claim to be from top1.

Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members as specified in the terms of each promotion. The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) before any winnings or bonus balance may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus value — for example, a x30 rollover means a RM 100 bonus requires you to place a total of RM 3,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted. Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless top1 grants written approval otherwise.

The top1 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and other major world leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas & Uber Cup), e-sports (Mobile Legends, Dota 2), and over 30 other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each sport.
A bet is only considered valid once confirmed by the top1 system and a bet slip has been issued with a reference number. top1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at mispriced odds resulting from a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded in full to the member.
If a match is postponed and replayed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, all bets remain valid. If a match is cancelled or not played within 48 hours, all pre-match bets will be fully refunded. For in-play bets, if a match is abandoned after the completion of the first half (in football), the result at the time of abandonment will be used to settle the relevant bets.
In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability while a match is in progress. top1 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for operational or technical reasons. Bets confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid and will be settled based on the final result or the relevant match conditions.
Accumulator (parlay) bets combine multiple selections into a single bet with multiplied odds. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more matches in an accumulator are postponed or cancelled, those selections will be counted as void and removed from the accumulator, with the odds recalculated based on the remaining selections.
